• Led the launch of an AI-powered property update workflow that enabled users to capture equipment labels via photo, automatically extract manufacturer and model data, and retrieve structured feature information with greater speed and accuracy.

2019 — 2021

Helped establish the company’s product function and led development of digital products and platform initiatives that expanded revenue opportunities and supported the company’s COVID-era digital transformation.

• Helped formalize the company’s product organization by introducing roadmap planning, agile rituals, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional product development processes.
• Led product strategy and cross-functional development for Remote Adventures, the company’s virtual escape game platform launched during COVID-19, helping create a critical alternative revenue stream while physical locations were closed.
• Directed development of Unlocked, a hybrid digital gaming platform that evolved into branded interactive experiences and enterprise training activations for organizations including Amazon Prime Studios, PwC, and the San Francisco 49ers.
